Delivery Options & Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment and conclusion of the financial transaction, your requests will be processed within 3 days and delivery of goods confirmed by way of a tracking number emailed to you.
Depending on your chosen method of delivery, you should receive your ordered goods within 14 days from conclusion of the financial transaction.
As delivery is done by 3rd party companies, we cannot guarantee these delivery time-frames, mentioned above.
All deliveries will be via the South African Postal Service, Postnet and other Courier services, which SA Sextoys have contracted to, on your behalf. All your goods will be dispatched in a non-descriptive, discreet packaging. This is in line with international shipping policies.

Returns and Exchanges
There is always a small chance of a product being faulty when it is unpacked. In this case please put it back in the original packaging and contact us immediately. We will sort out a replacement straight away. We allow 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Products must be in original condition and in original packaging.
Order Confirmation
We usually dispatch orders paid by credit card immediately. EFT payments may take a little while to clear but we will dispatch as soon as it does.
A Waybill number will be provided for parcels delivered within 1 – 3 days after receipt of payment.
